Dewayne Amos Qualifying Broker Dewayne is a native of Waterloo, Iowa and relocated to Atlanta from Minnesota in October 2006. Dewayne is a licensed Broker in Georgia and also holds an Agent license in Minnesota. During his leisure time, he loves to barbeque and watch sports on the weekend with friends. |

Gary Ross Managing Broker / Director of Sales Gary has worked with companies like New Homes America, Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX, and has been licensed since 1993. He successfully worked with buyers in all price ranges and areas of Metro Atlanta. In addition to being the Managing Broker for Southern REO, he is also responsible for our In-House Sales division. His wealth of experience is valuable to Southern REO's growth. Prior to his real estate career, he held positions ranging from department manager to district manager to Vice President of Store Operations with companies such as Sears Roebuck, The Gap Stores and Wilson's Leather stores. Gary and his wife Connie live in Alpharetta with their standard poodle, Betsy. |

Theresa Perry Director of Marketing Theresa is a GA Licensed REALTOR with over a decade of experience working with investors, buying foreclosures, acquiring bank owned properties, and real estate marketing. Since joining the Southern REO team in 2008, Theresa has been rewarded for her top sales performances and was instrumental in developing our buyers’ agent sales team. In addition to her marketing responsibilities, she presently manages our affiliate offices. |

Tom Bermingham Repair Specialist Tom is a California native and has lived in Georgia since the turn of the century. He and his wife currently reside in Woodstock . He has over 18 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. When not working, Tom enjoys music, sports, reading, and spending time with his family. He is proud to be an active volunteer for the Lassiter Band Booster Association. |

Kaye Dempsey Accounting Manager Kaye's contributions to Southern REO are diverse, as she has over two decades of real estate industry experience. She is a music and dance enthusiast, and she is often asked to lead the group in singing for the office birthday celebrations. |

Christie Welch Account Manager Christie began her real estate career in 2004 as a closing processor and moved on a year later to become an In-town Atlanta real estate expert selling over 250 homes over a 6 year period. Her past awards include membership in The Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, membership in the RE/ MAX Regional Executive Club, and numerous other awards with both Coldwell Banker and RE/ MAX . Christie brings a vast knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market to Southern REO . She is a graduate of Berry College and enjoys animals, riding her Harley, and playing poker in her free time. |
