Mike Prewett
As President and founder of Southern REO, Mike has more than 25 years experience in real estate and default management. With more than 15,000 properties sold over his career, his peers have recognized him as a leader in the REO industry. He is an avid golfer and enjoys kayaking and swimming with his wife Jane.

Molly Lyon
Molly, a Georgia native, has been an entrepreneur and business owner since 1990. In 1998 she began her career in real estate with The Buyer's Broker in Greenville, SC. Promoted to Broker-In-Charge in 2003, she left in 2004 to become a full time Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty in Georgia. She joined Southern REO in the spring of 2009 as Director of Operations. Molly enjoys broadening her horizons through travel with her husband and children. She has been married for almost 20 years and has a daughter and son. |

Dewayne Amos Qualifying Broker Dewayne is a native of Waterloo, Iowa and relocated to Atlanta from Minnesota in October 2006. Dewayne is a licensed Broker in Georgia and also holds an Agent license in Minnesota. During his leisure time, he loves to barbeque and watch sports on the weekend with friends. |

Joanne Thomas Luxury Home Specialist Joanne, a Louisiana native, has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern University and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Previous to joining Southern REO , she was a Realtor at Metro Brokers/ GMAC Real Estate. In her spare time, Joanne enjoys cooking exotic cuisines, reading, volunteering with various organizations, and spending time with her husband. |

Gary Ross Managing Broker / Director of Sales Gary has worked with companies like New Homes America, Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX, and has been licensed since 1993. He successfully worked with buyers in all price ranges and areas of Metro Atlanta. In addition to being the Managing Broker for Southern REO, he is also responsible for our In-House Sales division. His wealth of experience is valuable to Southern REO's growth. Prior to his real estate career, he held positions ranging from department manager to district manager to Vice President of Store Operations with companies such as Sears Roebuck, The Gap Stores and Wilson's Leather stores. Gary and his wife Connie live in Alpharetta with their standard poodle, Betsy. |

Theresa Perry Director of Network Operations Theresa is a GA Licensed REALTOR with over a decade of experience working with investors, buying foreclosures, acquiring bank owned properties, and the marketing / selling of residential real estate. Since joining the Southern REO team in 2008, Theresa has been awarded for her top sales performances, was instrumental in developing our buyers’ agent sales team, and presently manages the affiliate offices while expanding the Southern REO Network throughout the South East. |

Tim Doherty Lead Evaluations Specialist Tim grew up in New York and came to Atlanta in 2002. He has 10 years real estate experience and is a licensed realtor in New York and Georgia. He also holds a Georgia Registered Appraisers license. Tim lives in suburban Atlanta with his wife and three kids, and is an avid golfer and a little league baseball coach. |

Tom Bermingham Repair Specialist Tom is a California native and has lived in Georgia since the turn of the century. He and his wife currently reside in Woodstock . He has over 18 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. When not working, Tom enjoys music, sports, reading, and spending time with his family. He is proud to be an active volunteer for the Lassiter Band Booster Association. |

Debi Thornburg Hudson Real Estate Agent A licensed Realtor in GA since 1998, Debi has helped investors and homebuyers in every price range achieve their dreams of wealth building and home ownership. She gained extensive experience at RE/ MAX and Keller Williams Realty. Along with matching buyers and sellers in many markets she has worked as a price evaluation consultant for a large real estate investment group (actually buying homes on the “courthouse steps!) and has coached and taught Realtors about business building & negotiation strategy. Debi is a “foodie”, a photographer, a wine enthusiast and her favorite television show is “American Pickers!” |

Angela Moon Real Estate Agent Angela is a transplant from Maryland and has lived in Georgia for the past 17 years; she’s been a license real estate agent since 1994. She is an expert in both residential and commercial property throughout the metro Atlanta area, working closely with other real estate professionals and related third party vendors (mortgage personnel, closing attorneys and staff). Christie Welch Account Manager Christie began her real estate career in 2004 as a closing processor and moved on a year later to become an In-town Atlanta real estate expert selling over 250 homes over a 6 year period. Her past awards include membership in The Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, membership in the RE/ MAX Regional Executive Club, and numerous other awards with both Coldwell Banker and RE/ MAX .
