Mike Prewett
President

As President and founder of Southern REO, Mike has more than 22 years experience in Atlanta real estate and default management. With more than 5,000 properties sold in Metro Atlanta, he has been recognized for every award in Atlanta real estate, including the National Association of Realtors “Top 50” in the nation, Atlanta Board of Realtors “Top 5 in Atlanta” seven different times, and RE/MAX of Georgia's top agent in the State on multiple occasions.

Mike is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and REOMAC. Mike is a past President of the Roswell, Georgia, Rotary Club and a graduate of the Leadership North Fulton program sponsored by the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. He is an avid golfer and enjoys kayaking and swimming with his wife Jane.

Jennifer Greene
Vice President of Operations

Jennifer manages the behind-the-scenes aspects of Southern REO in support of the real estate focus. She is responsible for accounting, technology, human resources, and marketing communications.

A New Orleans native, Jennifer has worked in the academic, health care, tourism, and retail sectors. She helped start an Executive MBA program in Kingston, Jamaica, and successfully developed various newly created programs and projects. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in marketing and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. Her passions include good food, art and finding out-of- the-way places in the Georgia mountains. She is a member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and she serves on the Board of Directors for the University of New Orleans International Alumni Association.

Gary Ross
Vice President, Managing Broker

Gary has worked with companies like New Homes America, Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX, and has been licensed since 1993. He successfully worked with buyers in all price ranges and areas of Metro Atlanta. In addition to being the Managing Broker for Southern REO, he is also responsible for our In-House Sales division. His wealth of experience is valuable to Southern REO's growth.

Linda Zamora
Office Manager
Linda is a California native and has lived in Alpharetta 11 years with her husband and two children. Previously, she was a marketing coordinator with RE/MAX and she brings a strong background in business and office management to her position. Linda and her family enjoy going to the beach, water skiing, camping, and traveling.

Jeff Gunter
Evaluations Specialist
Jeff is a Georgia native and lives in the Roswell area. He is a registered appraiser, holds an active real estate license, and is working toward his broker's license. He is active in his church, and in his free time enjoys reading and playing tennis.

Noelle Stettner
Receptionist
As the manager of our busy front desk, it's Noelle's voice that first greets the world. Her background includes over a decade as a radio announcer in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. In her spare time she does freelance voice work, and enjoys travel, cooking, and gardening.

Vicki Buraczynski
Listings Assistant
Vicki has been a resident of Georgia for eight years. She has been a real estate agent for 6 years, most recently with Keller Williams Realty, before joining Southern REO. In her spare time she and her son like attending sporting events and concerts.

Grace Killgore
Accounts Payable
Grace has been married to her husband for 30 years. They have one daughter, who is a student at Georgia State University. Grace enjoys meeting her daughter for dinner or shopping, and taking her yellow lab, Chandler, for walks.

Denise Beard
Contracts Assistant
Denise is a native of South Carolina and has lived in Alpharetta 12 years. She was with RE/MAX Greater Atlanta, where she worked as a Relocation and Marketing Specialist, and she has worked as a real estate agent in the Atlanta market for ten years. Denise hobbies are cooking, gardening and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Tim Doherty
Evaluations Specialist
Tim grew up in New York and came to Atlanta in 2002. He has 10 years real estate experience and is a licensed realtor in New York and Georgia. He also holds a Georgia Registered Appraisers license. Tim lives in suburban Atlanta with his wife and three kids, and is an avid golfer and a little league baseball coach.

Jennie Budke
Listings Team Leader
Jennie has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry with most of her career concentrated in real estate closing management, title examination and underwriting departments. In her leisure, she can be found spending time with her husband of 25 years and her four children. She enjoys traveling, reading and being involved in various community service projects.

Dewayne Amos
Sales Coordinator
Dewayne is a native of Waterloo, Iowa, and relocated to Atlanta from Minnesota in October 2006. Dewayne is a licensed Realtor in Minnesota and will soon have his Georgia license. During his leisure time, he loves to barbeque and watch football all weekend with friends.

Kessa Johnson
Accounts Receivable
Kessa brings nine years of experience in accounting, collections, and customer service to the accounts receivable desk. She enjoys reading, and writing poetry and short stories. She has won literary awards and was published in 1997 by the Iliad Press. She also delights in shopping, listening to music, traveling, and gardening with her grandparents. Kessa is expecting her first child, a daughter, in December 2007.

Joy Pepitone
Closings Assistant
Joy has lived in Atlanta since 1986 and currently resides in Woodstock with her husband, and three cats. Joy has worked as an administrative assistant for REMAX, Century 21 and Coldwell Banker. Her hobbies are throwing pottery on a wheel, gardening and long rides in her husband's antique hot rod.

Morgan Miller
Evaluations Specialist
Morgan is a native of South Georgia and a licensed Realtor in Georgia. He holds a degree in Marketing from Valdosta State University and has three years of mortgage / real estate experience. During his leisure time, he enjoys hiking in the north Georgia mountains, fishing and running.

Jeff Patterson
Property Inspection Specialist
Originally from LaGrange, Georgia, Jeff moved to Statesboro, Georgia to pursue a degree in Business Administration. He and his wife now live in Canton, and in his spare time enjoys camping, traveling and working on automobiles.

John Novay
Evaluations Specialist
John is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and has been living in the Atlanta area for 17 years. After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in finance, John worked as a field manager on REO properties, and then went to work for an asset management company. In his free time he enjoys tennis, racquetball, bowling, and riding motorcycles.

Larry Griffin
Property Inspection Specialist
Larry has called Atlanta home for thirty years, and has spent much of his career as a manager in the manufacturing industry. He's happy to be nearing his one year anniversary with Southern REO. Larry has two children in college, and enjoys fishing, camping and music.

George Williams
Evaluations Specialist
George has lived in the Atlanta area since the age of 9, when his parents moved their family of 11 from Washington D.C. to Georgia. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser and enjoys working with the BPO team. George, his wife and their two young children live in the Roswell area.

Linda McCullough
Contracts Assistant
Linda is a longtime Atlanta resident and a 10-year veteran of the real estate industry. She lives in Forsyth County with her husband and teenage son, and enjoys walks, horseback rides, and getting together with friends and family.

Mike is an experienced appraiser, and a home and stucco inspector. In his early career in Southern California, Mike was a high school teacher and coach. Since 1998, he's lived in Atlanta with his wife and three children. Mike enjoys cooking for family and friends, and trips to the beach.

Celia Gregg
Closings Assistant
Celia moved here from Reno , Nevada , in April 2008. She is a licensed realtor in California and will soon be licensed in Georgia . She is the mother of a 13- year-old daughter. In her spare time she loves hiking, photography, shopping and spending time with family.

Tess is an Atlanta native and a licensed realtor in Georgia and Tennessee . She has been in the real estate industry for six years. During her spare time she likes boating, horseback riding, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
